89th Anniversary Eagle Banquet—February 18th
The 2012 Eagle Dinner celebrating the 2011 Class of Eagles has been scheduled for February 18th, 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the College Avenue Church of Christ in El Dorado. Reservations are $20.00 each or you can purchase your ticket for $25.00 at the door. This is a great time to celebrate Scouting and honor the young men that have accomplished such high achievement. We hope each and every one of you will join us for this special celebration. As always, the night will end with Dr. Bob’s 2012 closing video. It will be a night you will not want to miss. Coming in the Summer of 2013 National Scout Jamboree Currently, we have 29 of the 36 spots filled. Only 7 spots remain. The cost to attend is $2,500 which includes the flight to and from Washington D.C., several days touring our Washington D.C, and a week at the Jamboree. All youth and adults that are currently registered with the De Soto Area Council contingent need to formally register for the Jamboree through the 2013 National Scout Jamboree at Summit Bechtel Reserve .
